I am Shomen Kundu, currently working as a Lecturer at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), BRAC University. I teach theoretical and laboratory courses on Electronics, VLSI, and Circuit Design.
I completed my B.Sc. from the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE), Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) with a major in Electronics and Photonics. For my undergraduate thesis research, I worked on a thesis titled "Performance Enhancements in Monolayer α-CS and SiP 2D Field-Effect Transistors via Underlayer Modulation" under the supervision of Dr. Md. Kawsar Alam. I was also involved in various academic projects during my undergraduate studies.
My research interests include 2D Materials, 2D Material Based Monolayer FET design, Nano-electronics, Density Functional Theorem Simulation (DFT).
